if still insist, try cancel one of the card once you gotten both. let's see if that's possible. at least can prove the cancelation policy of 1 quantum card.

Just a personal preference, don't like to hold too many cards.

And also going to apply for visa signature so the Master quantum become kind of redundant.

Don't think I've tested with PBB VS but with HLB Wise it's not under dining category. One way is to reload RM10 and call CS to determine the MCC.

Have been searching the forum but am still confused on how cashback on utilities works for PB VS

1. There is no mention of SYABAS in post #4, so do we get cashback if we pay SYABAS via uobpayonline or shopee?

2. For the recent 6x / 10x swipe campaign, the t&c states that all utilities transactions are excluded and not counted; but some have reported that transactions via uobpayonline for SYABAS are counted for the campaign. So which is true

3. Is it true that the only way to have TNB transactions counted in the swipe campaign is to pay through shopee ?

Yes HLB dining excluded the drinking places MCC, but pbb ok with that.
