I'm wondering why Quantum not entitled for Traveloka 5% rebate while VS entitled for Traveloka 6%... I have email the customer service yesterday and anyone face this problem as well?

nope, i have just used VS and Quantum MC last month and i have sent an email to the customer support for clarification. VS got rebate but Quantum MC nope.

it depends... but the application form already mentioned more than RM36k pa can have more than 2 cc, less than that can't have more than 2.
myself own PB - VS & Quantum 2 cards, MBB - VS, Platinum 2 cards and Ikhwan, Citibank - Platinum CB and PremierMiles VS, AEON Gold, CIMB VS, UOB One, SC Cash Back and Hong Leong Fortune (the one that gave me the most CB per year > RM2k) - 14 cards with 7 supp cards.
i think it depends on how reliable is your credit line is, because i just build a house last year and i got a lot of flexi payment and loan from credit cards as well, but still i seldom got reject because i always pay on time and in full payment without any delay.

guys, good news, they have credit back the cash back on traveloka for my last month expense using quantum mastercard~

no need to add into your card, it automatically appear in your card transaction when the supp card being used.

nope, you need to update back to online transaction for VS and Quantum MC.
I have the CB for VS and nope for the Quantum MC for June 2017 but after clarification with the CS, they credit back the CB for my Quantum MC for July 2017.

there is nothing automatic or manual, the point is the people here need to know traveloka is qualify for the CB or not.

haha even so many complaint non automatic CB on shopee the post starter still include it in the list but not traveloka~ anyway i will continue to use traveloka with VS and Quantum MC because it is guaranteed CB but most of us won't know about this if the post starter don't include in the list~ too bad~

check your pbe acc, at first i also thought need to create online banking acc for my wife to view the credit card transaction because the supplementary card not appear in my acc, but then i failed to create the id from atm for few tries. then when statement date came, it automatically appear in my statement.

and yes, the CB only credit on ur statement date, not like maybank credit on last day of the month.
so it is better you keep track of you and your wife expenses to monitor how much u have spent.
