For Public Bank Quantum MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards:

1) Is the cashback for these cards given, based on transaction date or posting date?

2) Can I set the credit card PIN in PBB internet banking website, without using PBB ATM?

3) For each credit card, did anyone manage to spend slightly less than RM 600.00, and manage to get the full RM 30 of cashback? Such as RM 599.80?

1. It's based on ur statement cycle, as long as posted on the same statement, not calendar month.

2. Yes. Can create pin in Pbe.

3. I haven't try, let's others former answer.

I saw a few replies to this on earlier threads, confirming that visa signature supplementary on a separate statement will have a separate CB capped from principal. Is this still the case?

RM833.30 spend on ONLINE, GROCERIES (eg supermarket) and DINING only.

Good catch there. But how about principal & supplementary's CB cap? Do they share the RM50 cap? or each will have RM50 CB cap if separate statement.

Separate statement. Each will get max RM50 cashback.
principal & supplementary: RM50 + RM50.

Call CS. They say Lazada purchase via desktop so NOT CONSIDERED 'ONLINE', must use Lazada app purchase for CB hence no CB
Emailed CS. They say sry their mistake will credit the CB manually once approved!
