Has anyone received the 5-in1 Easy Lock Gift after signing up for the AFT?

I've SMS on March 30 and AFT was already performed 15th of April, till now still no call yet about this gift. Emailed to customerservice@publicbank.com.my but no reply yet.

PBB why use poslaju mail drop??? my hr pass down the mail so slow... anyway i have called CS for card replacement b4 getting quantum cards, now i have to collect replacement cards from branch.

btw, so many failed online transaction using Quantum Master?
first time in my life got such issues.

i failed at the 3rd tx. and from there onwards, i cannot use the card even waited 5min from last tx.

3rd trx? strange, if 1st 2 trx went tru, why failed. system limit usage per day?

Limit placed on some retailer's point ... 3rd transaction will trigger the blocking of the card... PB even block my card with 3 different petrol stations...

They even block mine 2x on the same day...

No response to my e-mail query yet. Normally they respond faster than this.

I also JUST called CS to check on my 8 and 9 May Shopee transactions (tried for several principal and supp cards). Apparently they're "online" and will be eligible for cashback. CS kept wondering why I kept asking again and again and again.

Which is of course what I did, but they said my e-mail is still being processed by the relevant department and they will respond in due course. They said they can only read what in on their system (like line item, MCC code, online / manual etc), but they can't investigate details.

I am very very persistent in getting information from CS.

So, does the CS able to check ur last statement Transaction on shopee that they didn't give u cashback? They can't tell what is the system categorized the shopee transactions in ur last statement?
