Just activated my quantum cards yesterday. I just tried to purchase AXA travel insurance online with my Quantum MC but failed. Seems like still got alot of merchant banks still not recognising this card. sweat.gif What should I do?

Error message from AXA website was "Invalid credit card or foreign credit card. Please use another local credit card.Please contact AXA Assistance for immediate assistance (603) - 2142 0399"

BTW, anyone know whether CB is calculated based on transaction date or posting date? Thx!

i did highlighted this issues to astro. astro sent me auto debit form. bangwall.gif when i highlight to pbb they said forwarded it to relevant department. until today still unable to pay with quantum master.

Looks like SOME(not all) of my shopee-TNB transactions were excluded in the calculation of my VS supps' CB, for statements dated 10-May.
I suspect those trx I did on 8-5 but posted on 10-5 my statement date, could it be that these trx were to too late for CB calculation.
But 2 similar trx in d principle VS card were included for CB.

i also emailed PB, AXA and AXA's online payment service provider. So far no response.

Yes , need to apply for separate statement if you want separate RM50 ( MAX) cashback a month.

usually i call before 8am. i just did this morning, easily picked-up by CS.
