As there's no tax guide nor regulations on bitcoin yet, I've asked a few friends of mine and my father that work in financial and accounting field, that all the gain buying bitcoin at lower price and selling it later for higher price, is consider capital gain.

Looks like it's really a double whammy. ETH surge followed by BTC.

Half my coins are green while the other half is red.

Picked up VRT yesterday and NOTE this morning because I AM SO FOMOed but please don't follow me, I have 40+ coins at the moment (Polo and Bittrex). I think there's only about 20+ coins on Polo that is not in my ETF collection

That's the problem. Nobody can tell you as there's no law regarding this. Somebody did mention that there IS a tax of capital gain although I can't remember the term he used. I always thought capital gain is not taxable too.

The current shortage of expensive gaming GPUs is the problem that prevented me from doing so.

Meanwhile, I'll hold on to my Ethereum cloud-mining contracts with Genesis and HashFlare until they expire.

with more joining in GPU mining will the difficulty increases ? I made about RM250 now mining since last week thursday .
