Do Malaysian banks like Maybank or CIMB offer a trading platform to buy/sell cryptocurrencies denominated in Ringgit?

QUOTE(bb.supplements @ Jun 3 2017, 10:04 AM) very true.so have few accounts.dont do transaction in single account.maybe u can do 30k from maybank n 30k from cimb.ur still safe compared of u doing 50k single transaction from maybank itself. What if our source of funds is legit? Can I still do more than RM50K in a single transaction? What sort of penalty will be imposed if I really contravene AMLA? |

I just created my Luno account today.
I am able to upgrade my verification level to 2 by submitting a photo of my IC. ![]() However, when I try to submit a photo of my bank statement to upgrade to the highest level 3, it does not allow me to do so. It says ![]() Is it because I have not funded my Luno account and bought Bitcoins yet? |

QUOTE(furrybutts @ Jun 6 2017, 09:57 AM) You don't need to fund the account or buy btc to upgrade your verification level. Try contacting support about this. I has some issues with the verification process too a while ago but eventually got it sorted out. ![]() This is what I received from them. They are still reviewing my bank statement for verification level 3 clearance. I will wait for 5 business days, after which I will contact the Luno Support team to sort it out. Thanks. |

QUOTE(-kytz- @ Jun 7 2017, 06:14 AM) I want to deposit money into my luno account so that I can buy BTC.. I followed the guide below but I could see any local currency account at all. Only that btc account.. You will have to go to their website using a desktop or laptop.[attachmentid=8879472] You cannot use the Luno app on your smartphone. Login to your Luno account. Click on the "Beneficiaries" tab on the left side. Add in your Maybank or CIMB bank account number. After that, do a "Fund Account". ![]() |

Anybody here using Exodus Wallet to store your Bitcoin and other popular altcoins?
It has a built-in exchange that routes your cryptocurrency conversion to Shapeshift. It stores your private keys on the computer for full control and you can make a backup of them. Pretty cool. https://www.exodus.io/ ![]() |
