I just created my Luno account today.

I am able to upgrade my verification level to 2 by submitting a photo of my IC.

However, when I try to submit a photo of my bank statement to upgrade to
the highest level 3, it does not allow me to do so.

It says

Is it because I have not funded my Luno account and bought Bitcoins yet?

This is what I received from them.

They are still reviewing my bank statement for verification level 3 clearance.

I will wait for 5 business days, after which I will contact the Luno Support team to sort it out.

Just for good measure, I have also uploaded a PDF of my latest TNB bill.

They now have BOTH my bank statement and my TNB bill.

I hope that is enough for verification level 3 clearance. smile.gif

You will have to go to their website using a desktop or laptop.

You cannot use the Luno app on your smartphone.

Login to your Luno account.

Click on the "Beneficiaries" tab on the left side.

Add in your Maybank or CIMB bank account number.

After that, do a "Fund Account".

Yes, it is a one-time thing to add in your Maybank or CIMB bank account.

Subsequently all deposits and withdrawals are made using this bank account.

Anybody here using Exodus Wallet to store your Bitcoin and other popular altcoins?

It has a built-in exchange that routes your cryptocurrency conversion to Shapeshift.

It stores your private keys on the computer for full control and you can make a backup of them.

Pretty cool. smile.gif
