Did you try the Gabriel for front set and if so, any additional improvement ?
Gonna to give stiffer Gabriel a try  when time comes.
*
No I didn't coz the last time only complained about the rear.

Front already put Titan some time back. My old bones can only live with the softest setting of Titans up front. Any harder for me will be like riding a go kart sweat.gif. The boss also said any softer than the softest...better go back to OEM shocks biggrin.gif

too stiff doesn't mean its good though.
in fact i once test drove a member greber red colour one,
which its so stiff when going over rough patches of the road, dashboard rocking and rattling.
even my ownself front rs ultra, i also felt its little too stiff, the rear is fine though.

i think u get it wrong
in order to reduce oversteer, u inrease the rear tyre pressure instead of the front.

Just done 143k km Major service.
I supplied Engine Oil, Spark plugs, Oil Filter and Some ATF for power steering.

Valve cover gasket ori 78
Air filter ori 68
Top hose radiator ori 58
Ignition coil ori 165
ATF ori 125
Autobox filter ori 158
Autobox gasket ori 75
Oil filter housing o ring ori 38
Axle Diff oil 2 liters 75
Labour 150
Total 990

Parts is on the high side due to his own mark up. But labour he charges low. He does a good job and convenient for me so I don't mind the slightly higher cost.

Also he takes photo while he dismantle to show me the issue. Inside engine very clean even after 143k km. So remember to use good ori oil and change on time.

By changing oil on time, what's your oil change interval and oil type?
Anyway, appreciate the update.

Running fully synthetic, so far used Shell, NASA and Prestone (this is impossible to find, USA made, fren workshop using). Service every 10k km. Iridium Plugs. But now using NGK platinum since mileage super low, not even 10k km per year. So just service it as already 1 year.

Next weekend will run in test the gearbox after ATF and filter changed. Also, ensure the Oilf filter housing o ring and top gasket cover seal done properly.

Morning run in avanza after service. Awesome, more power on pick up. Cause new plugs, 1 new coil, new oil, new filter, new air filter. Also autogear box smooth now after new ATF and filter.

Next mth, 2 new tyres and front lower arms. Hopefully after this 1 year no more big repair bills.

Think next weekend only get it done with lower arm.

From visual can see the bushing cracked. U can only see it when u remove the tyre. So check it when you do remove the tyre.

From driving, you hear a sound like "plup" when arm flex like going thru a bump. I was told if really bad during driving straight the car will not run straight. I not yet that severe yet, but I hear the "plup" sound and the handling feel not as solid.

I estimate another rm700 or so for the repair bill.

My 13 yo factory lower arms were having 40-50 mm cracks on one side of both arms' bushes but no cracks on the other side of the bush.
He recommends it as good for continuing usage, which is in compliance with some OEMs' recommendations in manuals.
I replaced them anyway as most or all other suspension parts like absorber sets, tie rod ends, absorber stabilizer links, ball joint links, sway bar bushes etc were due and recommended for replacements .
Otherwise I would have kept them if not for the 'major' job in hand.
The pair of arms cost me about RM560 excluding labour.

I have the same problem but just continue use it, still can go Johor from KL. As long as the driver understand the steering will run how many % to aside. But not drive too fast haha

You could buy the parts ownself (online or from spare parts shops) saving some bucks and pay more for labour I suppose.
