No charges when they came to change mine which kaputted.

Just got SMS notification tht my Unifi has been upgraded. Will reset my BTU (for 10 minutes?) when I get home this evening

i remember there was AUTH led on before, but no matter, as long as internet is working. But it seems that past few weeks, streaming is not quite smooth, buffers now and then, but download speed is not affected. Manage to get as high as 6.5MB/s download on my 50Mbps plan.

Can anybody confirm TM's Unifi free speed upgrade also comes with contract extension/renewal? I had some connection problems with my Unifi so called 100 and they say my modem might be faulty and also was informed by the CS that base on the subscription record, my free upgrade comes with contract extension. I thought the free upgrade is without any contract extension or renewal...

No it's not regarding the new router, but the free upgrade. She claimed my unifi ac was subjected to contract renewal for the upgrade from advance30 to advance50 mad.gif

Oh, mine is VIP10 and after I did the off-for-10-minutes-and-switch-back-on-thingy, speed test gives a mixed set of readouts but between 18-28 Mbps. Am I supposed to be upgraded from 10 to 20 or from 10 to 30?

You did get upgraded to 30. My speed mostly 24-25.

nope, mine is rm169. Last time mine is 5 upgraded to 30 (free) and today upgraded again to 50. So i guess is very worth.

finally got upgraded too, area 55300 ~

but i just cant get 50Mpbs just around 45-47 with LAN connectivity & WIFI only 35Mpbs, time for a new router perhaps hmm.gif
