Must be my DP effed up. Cust Support said only 4 houses r not up right now, other neighbours r all ok. Weird it went down at 6:57PM. No rain, no nothing

I suggest you put it at the ventilation.

The fans are doing nothing this way.

Unifi seems to be down suddenly - no link or auth light at all on the modem sad.gif rebooting doesn't make a difference.

In Kepong area.

Yep same here it's down out of sudden. Unifi portal is broken too, can't retrieve any payment made or outstanding details. Kepong area too.

Looks like i'm not the only one experience this issue.

Suddenly no Link lit. Auth Lit blinking.

I thought some rats gigit those cables.

Kepong area.

maybe only help to dissipate faster heat at external body..no?

The heat is generated by the chip and you want airflow for the chip and not the surface of the router.
