Hmmmm....but you are getting >30Mbps down, which is nice. On the upload speed, dunno why but is it critical to you? For most of us, download speed is what matters more

Just to check with all the current 100mbps subs. Any new offers from TM (Reducing fee to level with 50mbps subs up to 100mbps) ?

If not, planning to downgrade to 10mbps by next month. Paying RM293.75nett monthly for what. I dont mind paying this amount if all 100mbps plus foc upgrade to pay same amount.

But now this is BS to the max. This anak Ramly never look into this matter. Really Bastard to the max.

'Water fish' sia comparing to those who paid only rm229.

Yup certainly. Especially this is not one off thing. It is a permanent thing that u pay the extra as long as u have the service on. shocking.gif

Dear Professional/Specialist/Sifu,

Anyone can advice on the Unifi OKU Package?
Seems nothing special.
Your comments are highly appreciated.
*
Unifi 30Mb price for OKU is RM189/mth. Normal price is RM199/mth. If they give promotion of RM179/mth for 30Mb just forget about OKU package

Not an issue whatsoever if all 100mbps (Free upgrade or not) equal payment. This I will shut up.

But I must be so stupid to pay additional RM70.00 or RM80.00 for nothing.

Wanna ask something. All 100mbps subs happy this Shazalli Ramly hold your balls and squeeze it without doing anything.

I think u only have one option which is to subscribe another unifi line based on current price and at the same time cancel the old one.

Or even sign up maxis fibre instead.

We all know best alternative for this TM is Time (Full stop). Just have to drop by to Damansara Uptown TM point to complain again dry.gif

Last complained they give me additional RM20.00 discount and promised me to all 100mbps will get same rate as 50mbps. Hence I didn't downgrade to 50mbps that time.

Now almost June dehhhh.

Hi, could someone tell me whether can directly plug the ethernet cable to the btu lan port instead of the router? If cannot then can I know what's the lan port of the btu for? TQ.
