Can anybody confirm TM's Unifi free speed upgrade also comes with contract extension/renewal? I had some connection problems with my Unifi so called 100 and they say my modem might be faulty and also was informed by the CS that base on the subscription record, my free upgrade comes with contract extension. I thought the free upgrade is without any contract extension or renewal...

No it's not regarding the new router, but the free upgrade. She claimed my unifi ac was subjected to contract renewal for the upgrade from advance30 to advance50
