On IP 115, yes
Problem solved after restarting a couple of times until I get IP 118

yeah its pretty slow for me when I used google DNS, I switched back to 1.9.1.9 and its back to normal.

Cannot even connect to the freaking internet. TM said port problem (my end) and they will send technician (which got to pay for their services) sigh...

I have unifi installed mid of March, and until now I have yet to receive any bills for it. I know 1 month free.

My application form all details correct, but i realised that on my login details (I think it was the router's one, not the website, but I can't check now), the email is spelled wrongly. I supposedly can change the details on it, but the changes never stick. Change email dy, after confirming the changes, it reverts back to the wrong email spelling.


Grrr... what can I do? Need to make a trip to TM point?

Youtube and other streaming very slow now. And TM speedtest sometimes fail and sometimes get only around 10-20 on 50mbps connection. Very frustrated ;(

Why don't you call 100 to complain on your problem of not receiving the bill and get them to update your particulars?

Guys, I'm having random disconnect sometimes when I am on the 2nd floor ( my house is double storey ) and the modem/router was set up on ground floor

Right now I'm using TM's DIR-850L router which has no antenna band so any recommended one to replace it ? Using Unifi Advance 30 btw thanks.

Buy a new dual band router such as from Asus brand or tp link brand. Preferable brand, Asus.
