Astro wifi dongle, connect to Archer C2600, 40Mhz channel width for 2.4Ghz band.

It's not 2 streams, it's a 3 streams  3x3 MIMO wifi N dongle.

Bittorrent protocol is throttled for international peers.
Local peers are not throttled.

Is it throttled per peer or total international bandwidth?

Depend.
I noticed if one is connected to seeders, connections don't get throttled regardless of local or international.
If the DPI somehow detected one is uploading and downloading to same peers, then international peer connections are throttled after few minutes. It is not throttled for local peers. Thanks to proliferation of unifi subscribers with high upload bandwidth, it is not much of issue these days.

Let's say you want to program the blue TV Power button on the HyppTV remote. Press the blue button on the HyppTV remote until the LED starts flashing. Point your TV remote at the HyppTV remote and then press the Power button on your TV remote repeatedly until the LED on the HyppTV remote stops flashing. Now you can power off/on the TV using the blue button. I had to try a few times before it worked.

You need to press and hold the "SCAN" button first to allow the HyppTV Remote go into learning mode first...

My fren who using unifi since the very beginning paying only RM179 for 30mbps and upgraded to 50mbps without any additional fees.

While I paying around RM136 for just 5mbps.....
