any1 in kota kemuning area already received the speed upgrade?

hi guys. im currently rewiring my unifi modem. but mybe i accidently step of the white fiber cable.

so after setup, the fiber modem only lit on auth, link, voip, tel1... no internet
my fiber modem is alcatel lucent 1240G, silver box

its connection to my wifi router is correct since i didnt touch it.

phone didnt worked.

so izit possible my fiber snapped already since i step on it?

so the steps is
1. setup auto pay cc for unifi
2. let say ur bill is rm190... u pay manually 1st via maybank2u for rm150 before autopay kicks in
3. autopay kicks in, auto deduct 190-150 = rm40 ?

based on the specs, c1200 n c5, mostly likely the same with some few diff like power input etc.., c1200 is newer.
other than that, do u know any other diffs , eg like stability etc.

unstable interm of dc ? or high ping ? got lot of factors need to check

seem got few diff:
chipset, power-suppyl, no of antennas, no of usb ports.

im surveying for new dual band router. seem this c1200 is good enough but dont know about the stability.

whats ur unifi plan ? seem weird the upload is 28mbps ... i tot upload max only 20mbps ?
