AFAIK, latest router is TPLink Archer C5 v2 or the DLink DIR-850L B1. A pity but TM seems to have stopped using the RGX4400. Try to reject the DLink if they give you that.

HyppTV STB is the Huawei EC6108V8.

Unsure about the exact model of the ONU or the phone.

Luckily no issue for me in PJ. Still running good.

Cause I read somewhere that older ONU is only capable of 10/100Mbps whereby latest ONU can support up to 1Gbps.

That's right. My Huawei HG850a is 100mbps ethernet ports only. It's reliable. Been in use since VIP5. Never off. So far PSU died only once in March of this year. So that's 6 years of 24/7 operation.

The new ONUs are all gigabit, I think. EchoLife HG824x is one of them. I think also got Alcatel Lucent now. Not sure. Maybe someone who just installed UniFi in the last month can comment.

As for the phone, I think mostly Motorola. Of the people I know, I've only come across one with a Panasonic. Mine is the Motorola C6.

I am also in OUG. Came home at 1:30am no internet and phone line also down. Wasted 20 mins on the phone trying to call TM ... customers service line busy and kept asking me to hold.

Can someone from TM pls let us know when we can expect the interne to back online?

Can I change and remove the aneka pack and place the sports pack via OCS ?

Actually I don't watch hypptv but my in laws need something to watch so the sports pack will keep my FIL busy.

Unifi was down this morning at about 5.45 am in Kajang.

Not sure if it's rectified. Was still down when I left for work at 6.30 am

Mine was down yesterday approx 10:30pm. Then quick restart modem and voila! My speed was upgraded from 10mb to 30mb. Could be part of the tm thank you surprise event but strange thing is i did not received any notifications via SMS or emails prior to this.

Aiyaa...when it comes it comes la...there is no need to be sad...cheers

Is there a temporaly suspension for Unifi services guys? Cuz I will be posted overseas for a short duration. I know Starhub has this service, a max of 3 months a calander year. Dont wanna cancel and reapply a 2 year contract.
