Thats my understanding. Civic doesn't go by time/distance-based service but rather according to the Maintenance Minder.

Our Malaysia Civic don't have this cool feature where we can auto window roll down using the remote key?

Tried but doesn't work. Sad....

QUOTE(konchy @ Mar 16 2017, 05:38 PM)
For item 4, because if the throttle response is laggy, step on accelerator then only after 1-2 seconds only move, then it will feel unresponsive. In stop go traffic jams, this will lead to others cutting into my lane. Which also means I have to try to estimate how soon the car in front of me moves, so I can step on the accelerator earlier.

This is why I would prefer a more instantaneous throttle response.

Thank you for sharing information

Welp, can't do much about it since I'll have to pick up the car in Penang.

go tint shop they can stick paint protection film for u.
Can buy online and diy , search door insert or door handle protection film.

to remove the scratches, use Colgate whitening toothpaste and rub it off ... normal car wax also can ... if still cannot go buy meguairs scratch remover.

dont fetch anyone and dont fetch girls then settle!!

jokes aside, like what other bro mentioned.
1) use wax or car products (i actually tried nail remover before and it works)
2) apply paint film

Normal. I installed Honda's Door Protection Film to guard against this. It also comes with protection film on the door edges

- settled - it was due to the intern admin girl who made the wrong call . It is a Toyota for my younger sis , the intern called her instead of me then start the whole misunderstanding.

The car was booked from a salesperson (a relative) based in northern.
I was assured that the car will be delivered from KL branch. I made it clear I dont want the car to be driven to me from kedah. Now I suspect the salesman is driving down the car all the way from kedah to KL.

Any way I can make his life hard for his dishonesty?
From consumer point , is my right protected ?

First of all is this salesperson a registered honda dealer salesperson or just a 3rd party or middle man.

Then you cant do much. Besides, if drive down from kedah the mileaģe will show unless he is good enough and have skill to reset it. Or mayb you check did he drive all the way down or transport the car using carrier

If u need to face alot of traffic jam, better don get civic 1.5 tc, get 1.8 or other car, because tc isnt suitable for every day traffic jam ride, else u really need visit sc very often as the oil life drop like hell
And u guys front grill is matte black or kilat black?

Thanks very much for the advice.
