Just now my upper dashboard meter got rattling sound. If I touch the panel, no sound. Hurm...maybe because of the loose cable inside or the panel is not put properly. It is very annoying when driving and you hear that noise. Especially when you drive below 40km/h on uneven road.

There's no indicator for the 10k service per se; except maybe the 10,000km on your odometer. For the "A" service, there will be warnings in your instrument cluster - prompts you every time you start your car and a orange "!". My "A" service was due at close to 8000km, so I did the "A" service and the 10km service together; meaning the 10000km service was done early. Hope that makes sense.

Im hav no choice as the dealer help me with trading my current ride. If i wait for new stocks, i hav no car to use errr

Really disappointed with Honda QC.

Just less than a week old, my car now has a constant rattling sound from the steering wheel horn cover. When press lightly on the upper horn cover, the sound is gone.

And there is this occassionally really LOUD rattling sound from the push start button. Arghhh..

Now need to on music louder to make forget bout all these annoying noises. Speaking bout music, I read from previous post that some forummer complain bout the bad quality of the speaker? But mine seems pretty good with punchy bass. Honda changed the speaker?

Yeah, read bout the issue b4 bought the car. Was hoping mine will be free from rattling sound, but too bad.

Will raise my issue to SC during 1k service. Hopefully they will be able to fix it.

Sometimes dunno whether service center can be trusted or not. Who knows one of the technician owned a civic and he swapped away your newer parts!

I've rattling issues too. If SC request to put car overnight dunno I will do it or not.

Personally, i would avoid them dismantle the whole dashboard if u can tolerate the rattling. My worry is if they don't install it back properly, it may cause more noises. Maybe i m wrong.

The car was booked from a salesperson (a relative) based in northern.
I was assured that the car will be delivered from KL branch. I made it clear I dont want the car to be driven to me from kedah. Now I suspect the salesman is driving down the car all the way from kedah to KL.

Any way I can make his life hard for his dishonesty?
From consumer point , is my right protected ?

Very true. Lets say 5% out of 10,000 civic owners got complain.. 500 ppl posting here vs

Jetta owners 30% out of 500 got problem = 150 ppl posting in VW forum..

which will make u feel that civic got more problems than jetta bcos 500 vs 150.

SA told me that on april the price will go up for civic and all others car cause goverment will adjust some tax.

SA also not confirm yet about the news.

Anyone have fixed this problem in SC?
