Is there any shop in shopping complex around Shah Alam that sells android tv box?Also, is there any recommendation of tv box for user who watches/stream all types of videos and price is around 200-300?

Buy a good well known and or verified box and you won't have to go seeking a physical shop to buy. Cuz it'll just work as intended. Just buy online and it's delivered to you... You go to some shop and get sold crap by the sleazy salesman.. Later comeback here to complain how the shit box you bought from an "expert" isn't doing all you wanted and you've wasted money..

You say "watches and streams all kinds of videos"..
1. That's too vague
2. Wants something that does it all but your budget is sub RM300..? That's never going to happen. Good things no cheap and cheap no good.. Manufacturers and software devs have to eat too..

Read through the entire first page (few times if difficult to grasp) and the last...at least 20 pages for such recommendations.. It's in there and public knowledge.. No extreme spoonfeeding here. My apologies, I'm blunt this way and mean no offense.

those range can play all type of media.

That's the thing.. Earlier he no mention what type of streaming he wants.. YouTube also streaming and pretty much all boxes can. Hence the vagueness part and why I advised he go read up first and know what we do here.. not think there's any magic involved.. Many noobs just hear or read cheap android tv box and automatically think it's a one shot payment and you get everything on it.. Reading let's em know that's not the case.

You are much welcome.. Read up first to know exactly what you are going into... There's no perfect box or magic involved in what we do.. Buy a good box, install the right stuff and maintain it OR pay someone else to choose a box for you, install stuff and you deal with whatever is offered. I prefer the former.

That would be an easy recommendation. Except that it's been proven that the box is not Netflix Certified and some fiddling involved to get it to work. Said fiddling is until the next wall is put up by Netflix and if there's an easy fix (which can be anytime or never). So for someone who might be heavily dependent on getting Netflix FHD/UHD..long-term... That's not a viable option.. Be better off with certified devices.. Can't win all..

I think for rumorzone the Mecool still plays well Netflix HD after the patch or OTA update

Is there is cheap boxes that support input of streaming radio link?
I don't think I need display or video.
Basically I just need one box that can play streaming radio and feed to a speaker system.
But I wouldn't think this is possible without display right?
There would need be some menu and so on.

since u r out of budget jus use bluetooth and play from ur phone... can use
avr with bluetooth integration
or bluetooth speaker
or bluetooth 3.5mm device addon to ur speaker system

if u wan high quality audio, u need
1. tv box with multi pcm passthrough
2. avr with 32bit audio dac
3. at least 5.1 audio system... and up to 12.2.2

So what "kodi replacement" you are using now? I might want to give it a try.

Hi..i am using T95 box..and can use to watch netflix for a while..then suddenly cannot. The error is 0013.
I search the apk outside, where none appear in playstore.

I also cannot watch astro on the go, keep telling my device is jailbroken and only TV1 on hypptv.

The problem is, when i install root checker, it said my box is unroot.
If i flash the firware from t95 website, will the problem resolve?
Or the jailbroken thingy is set from factory.

Yes it does.. Not rumor. But that's my point. Someone or a group of people say down and wrote that patch. Said patch will work until Netflix changes something else and it doesn't. One then hopes that another patch will be created to overcome this new block. No idea how long that will take. So for someone who depends on Netflix from an external device? The Mecool M8S Pro L is not the ideal device. For some of us, it's a non-issue cuz we watch Netflix via our Smart TV app. No external device needed.

Buy a cheap phone.. Either new or used (higher specs) and connect to your speaker system.. Setup your playlists, etc..

You can try all the possible workarounds and see if it works.. If flashing stuffs? Be careful and anticipate possibly hard bricking your device. If all still fails, do like others and just cough up cash to buy another box that is verified to handle what you want.
