Your phone is activated when you switch it on for the first time after buying it and the warranty starts from that moment on. You can't manually adjust it. Hope that helps.

hey guys, is it me or everytime when theres an ios update, the iphone 6s + will be getting slower, its like last time i can instant get into an app without any hicup, but now it seem at times my ip6s + will lag for few milli seconds, what i am trying to say is, its not as smooth as it used to.

i`ve been using iphone since 3gs and 4 came out, i skipped 5 and 6 to try out samsung, and ended with 6s + with me, overall from what i can say between these both competitor is taht it will run smooth on launch day, but as time goes by, more and more update online, it will slow down the performance on each product as their hardware cant keep up with the updates.

its a boost or reason for ppl to upgrade to latest model.. if old model run smooth from day one till few years.. difficult to sell new model i guess.

Second Which do you use most? WiFi or Mobile data?
Third Where do you use your phone most? in an office or outdoors?
Fourth What app do you use often? list 5 apps.

My phone can last 2 and a half days in standby mode with WiFi and Mobile Data off.
My phone cant last a day with WiFi turned on all the time (inside building).
My phone can last a day with Mobile Data on all the time (inside building).
My phone cant last a day with Mobile Data turned on all the time (outdoors).

I have had terrible battery performance in 10.2, 10.2.1, 10.3 Beta 1, 10.3 Beta 2

The best battery performances I had was in iOS9 and iOS 10.1

You have to remember when it comes to iOS don't update unless an app is not working/unsupported or cant be updated anymore because all this updates do are just improvement's of the iOS launcher.
So why do I update often then? it's because I notice a huge improvement in launcher speed but battery usage will vary for sure with each update.

I use this app to make sure my battery is not the culprit:



as you can see under capacity my phone cant charge fully, it will charge up to 1700mAh only when compared to a new battery which should be 1715mAh.

From my own experience I will be very happy to use the final release of iOS 10.3 for a very long time. I learned my mistake when I updated from iOS 9 to iOS 10 and started having various issues like the weather app and Google Maps is using my location 24/7 365 days even in standby which is so weird.

wow ur phone last 1 day with mobile data on? my battery drops from 100% -> ~40% from 8am -> 2pm.. sad.. wear level is similar to yours..

yup..battery life is awesome. It started out as a jailbreak app. It does have the jailbreak version. Which you can mod the battery status to show real percentage or incoming charge W and so on. The best that I like about this app is that it can display the actual battery charge. So I would know if the battery can only hold 80% capacity.

Want tot ask...actually the 3D touch / force touch practical or not? Means it really useful or mostly ppl didn't use that...

Unfortunately there are none that true clean like Android app does. If Jailbreak then iCleaner is a 100% cleaner.

You may try to install Magic Phone Cleaner by Daniel through App Store. It helps to clear cache and boost memory as well. Hope this may help you.😊

Overall, my experience with iOS 10 has been mostly smooth. There really isn't much to complain about. Most importantly, to me, to me at least, battery life performance between iOS 9 and iOS 10 saw little compromise.
