I bought iphone 6s plus with forumers here. Still under warranty, suddenly sim card cannot detect network. Send for apple repair and they said the phone imei blocked by maxis. possibly someone own it before under zerolution installment and not pay for several months. is this common?

need to be really careful, in my case it happen 8 months after buying. i'm not sure if seller can even detect this. if me, i would suggest to buy direct from shop that can produce receipt or official apple store
