Got a colleague (almost retire liao, lol) recently got his iphone 6plus disabled/activation lock..

Brought to Switch with purchase receipt, switch says cannot do anything if forgot apple id/email..and asked him to trade in as sparepart, lol.

Anyone knows how to unlock the icloud activation lock? got such service recommended? tq.
