Planning to get at least 16Gb of RAM, don't mind upping the budget to meet those requirements. Is getting the DDR4 - 3200 justified in terms of its price versus performance output?
*
If you got the money, get the faster RAM for Ryzen, but between faster RAM or faster GPU for gaming, the latter will be more beneficial especially for resolution 1440p and above.

My gpu fan created the loudest noise , anyway to reduce it and bring the temp down ?
*
Improve the airflow inside the case, that's the only way other than going water cooling or change to a more effecient GPU.

I feel that no matter how I change the gpu fan speed ( without over clock anything ) the temp doesnt drop that much
*
maybe the hot air in your case isn't properly ventilated quick enough?

Using those normal mid atx case , installed 8 fans . 800w psu
*
Then maybe your GPU isn't that hot anyway. It's not like 80C right?

It is when it run games 80c on games , 50-60 when it is not
*
80C is a tad high. Does opening the case help in lower load temperature?

50-60C is normal IF the GPU fan is off and running on passive cooling.

Probably my cooler isn't that great, XFR doesn't hit 4.3GHz. Since I'm getting acceptable frame rate on BFV beta and Ghost Recon, I'm not going to OC it.
NH-C14 here.

It is quite shocking no distributor is bringing in any 2nd gen mITX motherboard into Malaysia.

Maybe they wanna clear old stock first, since 1st gen mobo can support 2nd gen cpu
*
If that's true then too bad. Only suckers are going to buy last gen mobo at full price since 2nd gen mobo cost almost the same!
I don't see them holding back the sales of Ryzen 2 cpu and their ATX mobo.
Heck, ASUS didn't bother to bring in any of their AM4 mITX motherboard.

Glad I got mine from Taiwan.

Still undecided on the processor and would like to ask for opinions.
2700X (8C/16T) - RM 1,420.99
2600X (6C/12T) - RM 969
2400G (4C/8T) - RM679 (and wait for Ryzen 3)

Please help to advice on my parts selection and advice on which CPU to buy.
Thank you.
*
Definitely get the 2400G and wait for Ryzen 3.

If I were you I will try the cheap way first, either add 2 more 120mm front fan, or swap them for 2x140mm.
If that fails, then I will consider AIO or changing the case for another with better optimized for running stock/aftermarket air CPU cooler.

You CPU is definitely recycling those hot air from itself and the GPU. I think the additional fans intake on the front pay will help, but do note that it will not be as good as open case.
