That Ryzen 8C/16T part will be really interesting if they really price it below $400 USD. That's half the price of Intel HEDT.

And seriously until now I still hear people telling me AMD heating issue, it's like 10 to 15 years ago wei lol. Either they messed up the installation or something wrong with the cooling method.
*
Maybe messed up installation. I have a friend who actually bought a portable aircond to cool his AMD pc when he's gaming to be stable. Turns out someone overvolt his PC during the set-up and the PC becomes stable again just by setting the voltage correctly.

AFAIK those are MSRP with GST included. Just don't buy from people who jack up more than that.

If I were to build a Ryzen PC, what's the cheapest RAM in Malaysia can OC Ryzen up to 3.8GHz with B350 board?

Try G.Skill AEGIS 2400MHz..

I don't think OC CPU to 3.8GHz will be affected by the RAM.

My unlucky silicon lottery 1700X also can get 3.8GHz easily
with Micron Dual Ranks chip RAMs.

Thanks for got definitive answer because keep seeing people mention getting specific Samsung chip and C14 for 2933 and above or something. Most people don't want to spend so much for so little gain.

Which B350 motherboard do you guys recommend, doesn't cost premium but still able to OC a 1700 or a 1600 to 3.9GHz?

But any B350 board can OC a 1600 or 1700 to 3.9GHz, only that RAM speed will be at 2400 right?

Never heard of SLI or CFX on ITX motherboard. There is not enough space for two PCIE X16 dual slot.
*
I think he wanted to ask if SLI is not available in ITX, why take the X370 instead of the cheaper B350.

Noctua is so awesome - send the AM4 mounting kit all the way from Europe FOC.  thumbup.gif

In comparison, Corsair is CRAP!!!  vmad.gif  Even i want to buy the AM4 mounting bracket from US, they refuse to ship if the shipment goes though a forwarding service, must provide a physical address in US.
*
I have a C14, if I get a Ryzen build, I just need to show Noctua my proof of purchase to get the free mount?

Yup, Ryzen performance increases with higher RAM speed too.
*
Can I know what's the best value for money RAM right now? If I want to OC 1700 to 3.8GHz and without going into diminishing returns.

Check your motherboard QVL. Buy the cheapest DDR4-2800. 3000 if you wanna pay more. 3200 price is currently high.
*
I see, look for QVL and 2800. Thanks.
