That's right...maximum shutting down 20 seconds are all needed for the speed change.

Better get less than 80%, than you have strong case, that was what happen to me when my upload only 13mbps (should be at least 16). They adjusted the speed, now the upload always >20mbps smile.gif

Yeah, at Northpoint condo. At first I thought it was router problem. Also Bangsar area near BSC, PPPoE disconnecting and reacquiring address 7 times in 1 hour. I mean 6, dunno how to count already.

Did you receive SMS before, I mean earlier in Jan with the link to thankyou surprise page? My friend received that but I have not. The last SMS I have from TM is Dec 9, "As a token of appreciation, we're giving away 'Thank You Surprises' & more exciting offers in 2017.blah, blah, blah..."
