yeah my OCC updated on the same day i get an upgrade.

Usually dsl is 80% of the subscribed speed but fibre is 90% according to the mcmc 2016 performance report of isp services.

I guess, I go there and key in my details and get this message: "Your UniFi will be upgraded from February 2017 onwards". I don't get the nice 30-50, free, no contract extension graphic that some of you have posted here.

the 1st thing they said is did u apply the thankyousurprise?

TM said must receive confirmation for the upgrade.

call them or walk in to the TM center.

until today i still haven't receive the SMS but TM sent the email on 19th Jan.

after free upgrade to 50MB, i feel like it even worst. The speed most of the time stucked less than 30MB.

I send them an email enquiring about this last Friday. Still waiting for a reply.

Just like when I got my 10mb > 30mb upgrade...

Speed seems to be unstable compare to 10mb, but after certain of time, it become ok ady...

I also dunno what happen~

Didnt use anything also, only FB thats all. Speed test 20MB or less..

Yes very unstable, normal FB video also cant watch, Youtube watch less than 480p, keep rebooting. haha

Perhaps can call 100 and ask them reset your port?

I did few times when I'm encountering this issue...

this month i reset 3 times & still the same. i think the issue is on TM & certain areas only.
