Unless TM start laying their own international cables and the public start paying MORE for internet this is just another wish list. Most internet traffics still go through a consortium owned cable. Then there's the contention ratio you have to take into account which will affect latency.
There are some rules. For example, 30ms to USA on a residential line you can actually forget it.
even 30ms on real living cannot achievable where the minimum distance between malaysia and US(most of the content is there) is about 15,000 where minimum latency will be 50ms.... |
