is it you guys enabled ipv6, i disable for my friend when he started use UniFi two weeks ago before cny, the installer enabled ipv6 and surf facebook and some website is SLOW

really need 6 months as my box still hanging there... more than 3 months already still cannot apply.

In PJ, near to SS2. No issue at all.

For browsing speed, it is normal, nothing seems too slow.

But I experienced disconnection problem. Already happens 4 times since last few weeks ago. I got PPPOE won't accept my login for several hours. Sometimes about an hour. The last time this happen was 13-Feb, around 1:30am, disconnect from Internet for few minutes only.

I had frequent disconnection too early this year. So frustrated as it was my first time that bad. Called them to reset my port and everything is OK until now (touch wood).

So not only facing slowness issue..even changed to fastest dns ..still same.maybe submarine cable disco again.

No issue in Puchong area.

for me more like random no internet moment AGAIN. Thanks TM. But this time no way to know.
notice it when all my devices can't connect to Internet through wifi or cable. Just restart router then puff Internet back

No problem from Sg Buloh as of last night and this morning. Probably localised problem.

Unifi download on Appstore is super slow

I've been wanting to change to Unifi. But the owner of the streamyx that my house is currently using is one of my housemates. She still has her streamyx 1 year contract. The speed is just too slow and sometimes even disconnect! I'm so frustrated I can't do anything And I won't be staying here for long so if I get unifi now, the 2 years contract will be a big problem. Just here to rant. RAWR!

you need to just get unifi first, if u moving out, you submit relocation form, if the area unifi doesnt support and you insist want unifi, there wont be any penalty charges

You have nothing to lose if you register UniFi now.
Can always relocate to new place.

Yeah I know. But I already have an Unifi account under my name. It's in my parent's house And I'm paying for them now.

common problem. happening all the time nowadays.

wanna ask, my house is landed house with fibre cable installed. meaning from FDP to FTB and to FWS all got already by developer. problem is my FWS is at downstair but i want to change it to up stair. in that case i want to ask them to lay from my FTB to my upstair room. meaning i don't want the FWS by developer. will it consider as extra installation?

Mind to share your ping rate? Mine hovering at 35-85 ms. Worse when using phone on wifi. Indah Permai area. 30mbps package.
