all of sudden my unifi modem only LAN light is on. the rest are all off. unable to connect to internet since DSL light is also out. Anyone encountered this before?

maybe after half year, that's what i spotted in my area till available to unifi

After they laying the cable until they install the Unifi box. 2-3months. But when they come and test the box mean the service available already. Few week later can start apply liao.

it is indeed fiber cable... but until distribution box installed, your place still not have coverage.... there is no termination point as the end of cable just like that....wait until white box been installed...

Authorised dealer, mean your area will start Unifi service very soon. I believe you apply now, and next week 2 weeks later will become Unifi members.

Apply via Online and get free one month but u need keep call them.

I also encounter before. My neighbor which is just few cm away got their unifi and I cant have it because my address is not in the system. Sent picture/explaination to their email all also useless. At the end I give up and apply with agent.. then I get it like 1 week later.

Their system is really lousy...

Is that a Tenaga pole? Got so many horizontal cables.

TM not gonna share their pole with TNB......they make business on their own....

TM pole is located under SESCO (TNB equivalent) pole
Camera perspective.......power cables actually located about 4 meters higher than TM cables.

TM:Maaf encik, system kata pole box number MR C03300 punya line belum 'in service' lagi.
Me: Habis, hilanglah peluang saya untuk melanggan pakej RM179 dan free speed upgrade.
TM:Pihak kami pun tak boleh buat apa-apa. Hah, senang je, encik tunggu je promotion dari TM kat masa depan bila ada coverage kat kawasan encik..

Yah, me too. But I bet they'll come up with another promo. I think a lot of people will complain about this.

As for me, I don't even know for sure if I'm getting the 30-50 upgrade. Dun care anymore. Next week I'll add my other neighbour to my load balance and get 90/30. Not that I need it.
