walk-in to the TM. ignored those call from any agent. verbally w/o legit proof & empty promise.

remember ask someone to record a video during conversation for hard copy proof.

why la TM just not reduce the price for subscribers who are cannot be upgrade their speed for whatever reason it is.

if there is no improvement can be made so logically reduce their monthly fee.

I believe MANY streamyx subscriber cannot upgrade speed, hence if TM reduce price for them TM will lose a big portion of revenue. Judging from the poor coverage of Unifi, I suspect TM earn more from Streamyx subscribtion than Unifi....... hmm.gif

if TM give discount for RM10-20/month say for 2 years the subscribers more than happy compare to current rewards
maybe if customer make a petition to gomen then TM will try to accommodate to the idea

I think this one only applicable for Unifi customers.
For Streamyx, that's called "abandon" already.

TM won't care you using Streamyx...

TM is balls tbh; back in December 2016, I had already checked that my house can be "subscribed" for Unifi PRO 100, so I can't understand why I need to wait from Jan to June for them just to uncap the speeds.

If it's equipment factors, they should send their technicians to change the BTU (and/or router) yes?

If I opted for a paid subscription to 100, the upgrade will be done pretty much immediate (a max upto a week incase BTU / router needs upgrade).

Let me know about any successful complaints to MCMC - I will also look into this since I'm not going to be waiting until June for an eligibility upgrade since it was announced by Jibby in Bajet 2017 & not some discretionary upgrade that I need to adhere to.
