last 2 weeks accepted the offer to 30mb, at the price rm169, included ruby hyyptv. but no free call.

now awaiting for the free upgrade.

I see, no wonder you have speed upgrade.
We high rise users do not have 30 -> 50 upgrade.

Checked only free jumbo TV / Webe discount rm10 per month.
So sad , even my area can support max up to 30mbps which I ask technical who's came to my house for maintenance last time.

By the way I'm VIP10 user / paying RM169 (before GST) for last few year. No contract

I have aldy lock in once n try second time n the result is you have aldy lock in this account before n refer to your email.
