Stop sitting on your butt at home, get online, on the phone, put in the request, complaint, begging forms, ect what ever you like to call it.
One thing though.... be nice and request properly, dont go scold the people who are just trying to hold a job.
I have to say, after what I went thru with TM, now I am satisfied with it for the most part and it makes me happy with the structure that I am in.
Suggest to have online chat with TM first. If it does not work start complaining to a different agency eg. CFM. It worked for me 5-6 years ago when I had a phone bill dispute with maxis😅But I also know, complaint.cfm.org works. As I do it to get my fth.
