Upon checking in our system, we found that your account are entitled for Unifi Lite 10 mbps (Thank you Surprise Campaign). However, kindly note that the implementation will be perform automatically by phases starting on April 2017 and onward. We apologise as we are unable to provide the exact date for the upgrade because the implementation is based on the technical readiness. Nevertheless, once the modification has been successfully performed, customer will be given a notification upon implementation of the new speed via e-mail or SMS. Customers are to be advised to restart all equipment (TM router and Set Top Box) once they have received the notification. Therefore, we appreciate if you could monitor the e-mail or SMS time in time.

So you are apply unifi lite? Or you are upgrade from streamyx to unifi lite with same cost?
