for the webe broadband, there is a modem for sell at rm210. can i subscribe and buy the modem at rm210, and pay rm53 upfront, terminate next day?

i just want the modem only.

can, you will wasted the RM53. cause it consider as ur 1st month bill.

ic. it is ok. because for a normal 4G mifi, it will cost more than this.

but can it be used with other normal telco sim card?

26. Will I be charged any penalty if I decide to terminate my webe broadband service?
Don’t go … really. But if you must, we’ll remember you fondly and without penalty.

27. How will I be charged if I decide to terminate the services in the middle of the month?
For the days you were with us, our billing will remember you. But don’t go … really.

it seems like termination is prorated.

10. Will I be refunded if there is an extra payment in my account?
Yes. We will refund the extra payment in your account, for any amount more than RM10.

so in this case, it mean if i subscribe today, terminate next day, by rite i can get refund for the leftover of RM53 - the prorated charge rite?

i suspect that they may have locked the modem like what other telcos did (e.g. Maxis).

anyone has the modem can confirm if it work with other telco's sim card?

Im having problem on receiving Tac from steam ( gaming platform). Reported to webe d tru live chat. Almost 1 week still no update from them. So selow ah this ppl.

they will refund all, but will take up to 90 days to refund lo.

i think ok for other telcos.

Happen this morning as well, I've just reinstall Waze and trying to login required verification code which is sent via SMS. memang webe selling point is unlimited..but unstable connection and 3g been capped to 2Mbps kinda .. inb4 bersyukurlah 2Mbps unlimited
