For anyone porting from UMOBILE to WEBE, how long it approximately takes until you can use new webe sim card? I was informed by WEBE they just closed my delivery order and have filed port in request to UMOBILE and it may take 3-5 working days..Sooo long.

normal mnp process la. they cannot promise 1 day, then later umobile got issue, cannot meet 1 day liao biggrin.gif

if fast and without issue from umobile, will take as fast as 1 day.

Aiyohhh they go for the maximum days. bangwall.gif bangwall.gif When i ported from celcom to umobile before, it was exactly 24 hours from the request.

For me Umobile P70 + Member Line + Member Line MNP to webe around 3 Days

like i said lor, usual standard mnp SLA (service level agreement) to release is up to 5 days. all telco use this number to manage customer's expectation.

if they overpromise, they'll getting screwed by us for taking longer than promised. laugh.gif


in previous webe thread, i did say that telco play dirty tricks (e.g. wrong IC number) to delay mnp when it's ending quarter, e.g. march, june, september, december. this is to keep their subs reported higher when closing quarter.
