TM is now offering a full suite of services to its 2.66 million household customer base. However to date only around 2% of its customer base are WeBe users. TM is targeting to increase it to 8%-10%.

TM is taking more efforts to bring WeBe to the market.
It just said that it is looking to tap into the small and medium (SMEs) segment by introducing tailor-made packages slated to be launched on April 11.

I would prefer they improve the existing network first ..but business is business :v

I think with the merger, the new entity will be able to offer 2-in-1, 3-in-1 packages that are cost-effective which other telecom operators are not able to compete cos they dont have a strong fix-line infra.

TM has announced Dato’ Sri Mohammed Shazalli Ramly as its new Managing Director/Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from 1 May 2017. This is followed by the retirement of its current Group CEO, Tan Sri Zamzamzairani Mohd Isa.


In addition, TM has also appointed its Executive Director/Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO), Datuk Bazlan Osman as their new Executive Director/Deputy Group CEO effective 1 April 2017. Its current Financial Controller, Nor Fadhilah Mohd Ali will take over the duties of the the Group CFO from 1 April until the appointment of its successor.

i mean 4g usb broadband like huaweii e3372 or anything like that...that we use to connect computer through usb.
if i remember correctly before webe state that we can use in usb dongle but not on Mifi
i want to put webe mobile sim on 4g usb dongle..but someone say to me that webe mobile sim will not get 4g line on 4g modem instead it will only get 3g line...
the 4g modem that i refer is huawei e3372 which support FDD: DD800/900/1800/2100/2600

this modem dont have webe LTE band 5, 38, 40 so it get 3G only.
usb modem that work with webe mobile 4G band very tricky. U can refer old post.

How much is the cost to use this webe mobile plan? Is it flat Rm79 unlimited? Or do they use fair usage policy? Aka throttle...

Yes flat 79..extra charge for roaming and mobile hotspot (rm6 per 2 hours). They throttled the speed of 3g to 2Mbps. 4g not sure..coz based on my experience it varies according to our location..max I get is 20Mbps( around KL and Selangor area).

Youtubing and streaming 480p no problem. Can go even to 4K if your area 4g speed permits it.

I am satisfied coz u got what u paid for and its unlimited data call sms..so dont have to worry about qouta, data saving app and everything.

Yes you are right no 4k..buffering all the way. 1080p no problem though on 4G

Gi cari 4G USB modem yang support band 5 (850mhz). Network webe sekarang banyak pakai band 5 je. Band 38 & 40 ada sikit sikit.

Kalau USB modem tu tak support band 5, memang boleh connect to 3G je la.

Hang kena paham webe mobile sim dengan webe broadband sim tu lain. Webe mobile boleh connect 4G, 3G and 2G. Dia pakai line celcom untuk 2G and 3G.

Webe broadband sim pulak boleh connect dengan 4G sahaja & hanya untuk Internet sahaja. 3G & 2G memang tak boleh connect. Call & SMS pun takde.

Aku sekarang pakai webe broadband, bayar RM59 sebulan. Quota dia bagi 30GB saja, tapi sekarang dah habis quota pun speed sama saja. So kalau hang nak pakai letak dalam mifi ke, 4G router ke. Baik beli je webe broadband. Senang. Tapi sebelum beli tu, pastikan coverage ada kat kawasan rumah hang.
