if vpn is not allowed then how to connect to my company network?

Its not allowed by terms and conditions. But you still can setup and use VPN for that purpose. VPN not allowed with the intention to bypass tethering.

No fake. It throttle speed on Google services. My modem setup with external antenna got 25mbps on speedtest. Real world usage also reach the maximum speed. Download from openload.co or any other hosting 15-20mbps. 10-12minute for 1Gb. An hour can download 2-4Gb. Sometimes my daily usage reach 30Gb. No VPN used.

What I mentioned earlier is for 3G speedtest. They faked the speedtest.net result, you can get up to 10Mbps..but in the real life use it's capped on 2Mbps instead..try use other speedtest such as opensignal, meteor, it will shows only 2Mbps max capped speed.

Celcom 4G not the same as webe 4G.

Ya. If I test my 3g speed in speed test.net, it goes up to 8Mbps but in fast.com, it only reach 2Mbps(Max).

I got celcom 4G, tried 3G celcom works, but on webe both 4G and 3G doesn't work..probably webe's fault this time, again.. (last 2 weeks their 4G network was down)

yup..they faked the results, you can even see a lot ppl posting speedtest results on 3G up to 8Mbps, but mostly up to 2Mbps.. some even reported to skmm there..but..well knowing it's TM's company..no harm to them :|

Finished my 30GB webe broadband quota. Surprisingly I can still watch Netflix on HD. I did three speed tests.

1. Downloading app on play store, speed about 500kb/s
2. Fast.com, by Netflix 8.4Mbps
3. Speedtest by OOKLA, 2.25Mbps

It looks like webe is not capping speed for Netflix. Great stuff!! =)
I still remember when I finished the quota on u mobile p98 before this, I couldn't even use Google Chromecast, let alone watching Netflix HD.

Edit. Iflix runs perfectly as well. I don't think webe is capping speed to 128k as what was advertised. The speed cap must be higher than that.

because speedtest it test your download/upload speed while fast.com is your streaming speed so it means when you stream video the speed only can goes up to 2mbps.

nah, same 2mbps hard capped at openspeedtest.com or when using opensignal built-in speed test.
even worst the upload speed also severely throttled, i often use it to upload my videos to youtube but now my screamyx 384kbps is faster.

This doesn't seem to be something good for streamyx users either, more monopoly from TM coming soon.
