If your usage below 5gb better go for other alternative. Not worth to go webe If you are not into unlimited usage.

Webe have limited video streaming speed so on normal usage your video might buffer alot.

Free call other telco also got like umobile rm70 unlimited calls, 15gb data + 7 GB video and unlimited music streaming

U can download files and use those download accelerator to resume.

you must be day dreaming to just say that. i dont think telco so stupid like you lor if so stupid overnight close or go bankrupt if you are the ceo. there nothing to do with fair to other telco. you ingat all the cell tower is free, using celcom backbone free? u ingat u use 1tb download tethering enough to maintain their network? the reason they don't allow tethering for few reasons

1. malaysian will certainly abuse instead example a house got 4 ppl. one can just apply 1 webe and share with 4? so if 4 ppl abuse 50gb x 4 = 200gb and webe only get pay 1 person

but if its limit to each phone without tethering maybe maximum can hit if lucky 50gb each and everyone is paying for the service. so the money is for maintenance, service, rental and upgrade. Webe already start to have limit. it doesnt say unlimited anymore but it say 9,999,999

they focus on unlimited but capped you. To some even slow as long as usage but in city ppl want speed in kampung its not important

because speedtest it test your download/upload speed while fast.com is your streaming speed so it means when you stream video the speed only can goes up to 2mbps.
