I can confirm that since I registered to Webe Broadband, 3 weeks ago, not a single issue happened. Very satisfied. Day time or night time, no problem.

Even Steam is capped at 2Mbps with 3G now.   

Guys long time no see~ seems like webe now use a method to detect user online with Windows rather than Android or iOS… if u guys are using a software to bypass their tethering, u will know this if u off the apps and do speed test and connect the software and do the speed test again~ they limit the speed to 2Mbps when u share hotspot to windows users… therefore do some homework to spy them from detecting the windows users~ don't pm me as I won't disclose out the method to anyone and those who success please don't be an idiot to share and let them use another method to throttle the speed again… anyway I'm not showing off here but to let u all know that there is way to beat the throttle speed that hunt us recently… hope those who do their homework can get the treasure~ I'm out and happy webe ya~

- simcard can work (detect LTE only signal) on mobile phone (no SMS, no voice service available on modem/phone)

Conclusion: Webe Broadband is LTE data only plan

others in the market got split here, split there. it's a mess. you may not able utilize all quota.

"Network seeding" is executed in stages and locations... not many man-power to handle all cell towers at once...  Highest priority is in Klang Valley metropolitan cell towers....
