hi, thinking of buying webe mobile. i saw the savings when adding more lines ? is it possible to add a line under an already existing user i.e; a friend?
if yes, the monthly bill will be billed to the friends account (in this case) correct? no separate bills? |

false alarm on 3g webe
still shit. only speedtest shows 7-8 mbps. dload limited to 2mbps, but if multiple dload at once, can total up to 8mbps (ie; 4 file dloads of 2mbps speed) OW still unplayable |
