Watching my some program, suddenly got "pop up ad" on left side of the screen promoting Astro GO

Make Korean Pack & also introduce more HD channel.

Free preview for 1 month, then charge users

Normal la... Usual pay TV operators around the world practice that. Cuz if they don't provide preview, most customers won't know what kind of programming the channel offer. The best is, the customer get hooked after watching the preview, then they subscribe it.

The subscriber growth is on NJOI, not paid subscription. This may explain why Astro won't add new channels anytime soon.

83000 smart customers!!! Good sign! I think another big chunk have only basic packs! So in all FORGET about new additions except for repacked content!We may soon get to see an ailing paytv and iptv provider,just bcos they are overpriced,. They next target to get advertising market and for that Njoi and AOTG !! Paytv will just pull thru with sports

83,000 customer is so little for them.
With next big special announcement for NJOI customer. I think Astro will introduce HD service to their prepaid customer. You can have selected channel for what you want. Just like BIG TV Indonesia is doing.

And also you can buy selected channels on Astro GO app. Maybe their will make Google Play billing for that.

Should be note that their prepaid plan is still expensive compare with Pay TV in Indonesia & Thailand.

The video quality on astro go channels is painful to watch. Not even 720p. Sad.

quick question, my condo has the satellite port in the wall. I brought my astro unit from my other house and set it up but I cant get a signal. Is there anything else i need to do?

How many satellite ports are they on the wall socket of your condo? Are you using B.yond HD or PVR box?

Guys, need to buy new remote control for my byond decoder (normal one without pvr). Search at lazada mostly sell the pvr remote. Can that one use with normal decoder?

Astro NJOI Prepaid Tamil New Year Special Pack will be available from 1 April 2017 to 30 April 2017, the following limited Tamil prepaid channels are:

Astro Vellithirai (Channel 202)
Astro Chakravarthy Pack (Channel 221 - 224)
Astro Vinmeen HD (Channel 231)

Astro haven't launch free Tamil HD channels for all NJOI customers yet.
