5391 sq ft at ss22/25 was sold for rm4.75m in 2014

5391 sq ft at ss22/23 was sold for rm4.3m in 2015

5386-91 sq ft at ss22/19 was sold for rm3.6m in 2016

5391 sq ft at ss22/21 was sold for rm3.05m in 2017

2017 price was about 35% cheaper than 2014.

This I agree. . Recently see some penthouse there with agent although cheap but not tempted as I not going to stay there..
Any advise?
Not good option for investment as people who have budget to rent a penthouse will go for 8 star condo like mk10

that's shoplot prices..means customers moving away liao..hence the price drop...

Property is illiquid, bitcoins bubble is more likely to burst before property bubble is deflated.

Many auction reserved price is significant cheaper than market value. At current market sentiment, those complaint property price hasn't dropped are basically too lazy to search and negotiate for bargain, are deserved to wait long long.
