before trying auction, study first.

most of the time, successful bidder will not be able to obtain loan within the allowable period. u go bid when u r really sure, you can pay the purchase price in time. (90 days)

go google, search. alot will pop up.

All the auctions are from banks, but they will get auctioneers to auction for them. Since you noob just go through agent la, the auction agents takes their cut from the bank anyways.

Yummy. Is a student suite. 3 bedrooms unit 450 sqft. Fully furnish unit. Per room last time monthly rental able to fetch RM500.

Owner of this got 2 units. Another unit number is HT-13A-01. No idea lelong at how much. Got burnt by dibs. Only need 1k to won a unit last time.

Most units people only enter at below 400k but bid will still end up going beyond 400k. So probably can try luck get the unit as single bidder at 400k. Who knows.

p/s: the 437k unit got no bidder last month in Dec, but HSBC decided to maintain the price for this month. next reserve price will be 394k in Feb.
