This is Damansara by name only. Not the same standard like Damansara Heights/Utama/Jaya. Even JB got a Taman named Damansara Alif.

cause commercial help the tenant make money through their business activities.
in return they are more than willing to pay you more rent sitting on your piece of property.
unless your commercial does not draw crowd and does not help them to make money, then commercial property may be a burden.

With covid19 ppl has to start thinking about investing commercial properties esp those in shopping malls. The trend is towards online commerce. Many countries have abandon/inderused malls including China.
