If valuer's value is unrealistically high and bank suffered losses from it, the valuer is liable to compensate the bank for the losses or blacklisted by the bank.

How about losses/default due to loan compression? Who will going after who?

This is malaysia, there’s a way with the valuer kan kan?? there’s even a sop of which banks to submit loan first..

So many cases people compress 8-10 props in 1 name.. heck got 1 case got 13 properties icon_idea.gif

Normal sheep compress then can’t service loan sure gg, bankrupt or life ruined.

but those pro and well planned, compress by marking up loan amount vs market price with nice talks to owner/developer.

cash out and run.

bank also cant find.

1 property cash out 200k, if 5? if 8? brows.gif

only noobs use personal loan. the pros use housing loan lol
