Kesian those that wanted to buy house 10 years ago, but on hold waiting for property to burst.

They must be damn regret now. Now only didnt burst, house price went up around double during this 10 years.

Drop ktards a good deal here la since ayam kinda overstretched to get another unit now with recent purchases.

This one is probably the best deal so far for studio unit in KL which is freehold and quite new.

I always wondered why Plaza Pantai is avoided by many people. Some say abandoned project. Some say inside very dark. You have been up there? Thought of buying to rent it out.

honestly, it wont go up but price are not far from 10 year ago.
i recently bought 3rd house same value as 10 years ago.
gated and guarded in penang mainland, just 2 km away from jit sin school and penang bridge, 1 km away from night hot spot and just 4 km away from sunway carnival mall which very big mall in penang.
good thing is aeons big just <500m away from my house drool.gif

double story 450k even the bank value it 650k

some people now desperate to let go

You just missed the auction.

Inside is quite dark, it’s a failed project in the sense that it’s supposed to be residential and office space mixed development but the office space floors are mostly empty. Residential side is still ok but maintenance could be improved. The pool doesn’t seem well maintained. Overall it’s still ok to rent out as long as your tenants are not frequent users of the condo facilities. For a place to live and convenience to get to work, this is the best deal near KL you can find.

Yeah there is some noise la due to lrt, cannot be avoided. But at least
Lrt stops around 11 something so not too bad. I mean still it’s 500sq feet studio in KL connected to LRT for 200k so still worth it.
