Kesian those that wanted to buy house 10 years ago, but on hold waiting for property to burst.
They must be damn regret now. Now only didnt burst, house price went up around double during this 10 years. |

Residential side is still ok but maintenance could be improved. The pool doesn’t seem well maintained. Overall it’s still ok to rent out as long as your tenants are not frequent users of the condo facilities.
