Most of that area are leasehold. I bought Casa Tropicana back in 2002 a 1,006 sqft for only 190k and sold later for 470k. Never feel comfortable to hold leasehold for too long and that area is way too congested now

What is this all about?

Does 22 MONTHS OF LOAN INSTALMENTS ON US means the first 22 months sime darby will pay your installment?

If you bought RM800k unit, your loan installment is about RM4k per month, does that mean for 22 months Sime Darby will bear the amount? That would be like RM88k savings!

The ad also say this is on top of the normal rebates. So if the normal rebates is about RM30k, you would have saved RM118k from the original S&P price.

Basically, for those who bought the units before this campaign, they would have paid RM770k for the RM800k S&P price unit but for those who bought it during the campaign, they would only pay RM682k only.

That would be a HUGE difference!! So those who bought it before this campaign got screwed badly?
