If you read back far enough will find, I am researching "herd behaviour in kv property market" for my project paper.As said previously, property is illiquid, price could not and will not collapse like stocks, btc or commodities but take years to bottom. If property price dropped sufficiently in real term, aggregate disposable income/consumers spending will increase, which is beneficial to everyone.
