Why need to disable IPv6? I am using IPv6 and working good

some older devices....i mean the real old 1 does have some problem when you enabled IPv6 on your router

personally tried on note2 and the connection just doesn't cut at all.

After disable it works like charm

TM changed their FAQ again...

5. When will I enjoy the Free Speed Upgrade?

Customers will be enjoying the speed upgrade in phases, starting from April 2017.
Customers will be informed via E-mail, SMS or telephone prior to the implementation
of the speed upgrade at their areas.

to be frank..I'm not keen on the so call free upgrades, I just want their commitment to provide a quality and stable connection first..Still pissed of with below par quality of service..the connection stability leaves much to be desired, now everyday got "disconnect or no internet access" moment ..if you call their CS, standard reply of BTU..of router, we have reset bla bla bla..if your press further for complete investigation why it happens daily, they will come with another standard reply.." we have to send our technician..you will be charged...bla bla bla..." sigh..

Hi all,

Regarding my previous post over here, my router having problem with the wireless signal, can I bring in this router to TM Point straight away and request for a replacement? Does anyone tried this method before with any success?

The question from my previous post:

What router are you using?

IPv6 works perfectly on my no-longer in used Galaxy Note 1 (GT-N7000)

Throw away the stock TM router and get yourself a 3rd party router such as ASUS RT-AC1200G+

All routers provided by TM are crap

Actually I have bought an Asus router, but if I can replace the crappy router as a backup, then it would be useful if one day my Asus stopped working without warning. biggrin.gif
