hey all sifus here.. i have some problem with my unifi... when i use fast.com to check on the speed, it is only max 4-5mb (im on 30mpbs package), when i use speedtest.. im @ 21mbps..

how come when i dload games from Playstation store... for instant like 3gb.. it takes like 4-5 hours?

normal? abnormal?

or is it capped by UNIFI? i really need some help here.. coz its very very slow even slower than my telco speed.. plz help..

sometimes when i restart, same also... i also duno why.. this morning i tested with fast.com.. 4.5mbps is the max..

is it because of the router TM provided? should i change channel? or should i change the router?

err.. im not sure.. can check dload from US or MYR?

coz again im new.. hahaha..

because when i stream video.. it was fast.. so i suspect whether is my PS problem or TM cap problem.

All @ MYR.. so i think should be fine.. the only thing im not sure whether is router that caused the slowness or not.. it was provided by TM.. i think they provide me this.. DIR-850L

if i change to IPV6? is it better and more stable?

I been subscribe Unifi 30 mbps for almost 2 years. Today i check my internet speed and still cap below 30mbps (roughly 26-28mbps) I called TM about this as I think I received an email saying i am eligible to get free upgrade to 50mbps by 1st January 2017.

Their reply is that the people will need to come to my house and change the port. @_@ I thought they can just change it through computer?

im just waiting for unifi to call me for the free upgrade to VIP 50
